Purchase and contract law

The purchase and contract law is part of contract law and is regulated in the German Civil Code. In these core areas of civil law, we are supervising commercial traders and contractors as well as consumers.

Typical situations, in which we operate in, are:

You bought a car and notice defects shortly after purchase.
You ordered goods online and made the payment, but you have still not received the goods.
You have had your apartment renovated and are not satisfied with the work done. You renovated your apartment but are unhappy with the results.
You have sold goods privately or for business and have already handed them over. However, the buyer does not pay the agreed purchase price.
As a craftsman, you have performed your contractually agreed services, but your contractual partner is not fulfilling his obligation to pay
